The front is adorned with a 45 mm x 57 mm General's cap badge insignia
consisting of a white enameled Urdy cross adorned with green enameled thistles in the quadrants between the arms
The blouse measures 440 mm across the shoulders and 490 mm in length overall

Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1864 1918 issue). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse overlaid by a white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted Prussian imperial eagle, the reverse bearing a central raised monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, the twelve oclock arm topped by an eyelet and suspension ring
